KEEP STEADY, STAY READY!

Stay on track with your athletic goals in between seasons with our structured training program. Focused on strength retention, speed, and agility - this program ensures you return to your sport sharper, faster, and more prepared than ever.

 

Designed for serious volleyball, basketball, and multi-sport athletes of all levels, it promotes consistency and accountability, helping you maintain your hard-earned progress and avoid falling behind. Join us to keep your edge throughout the season!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 90 minutes of Sports Performance Training (SPT) 

  • 30 minutes of Active Recovery Training (ART)

  • Plyometrics & Strength Enhancement Training ​​

  • In-Game Simulation, Speed & Agility

  • Conditioning & Endurance 

 

SCHEDULE:

  • Mondays-Thursdays: 60 minutes of SPT (2 sessions/week)
